Advocate Shahzana Darya Khan

Advocate Shahzana Darya Khan is a licensed Advocate with the Sindh Bar Council, practising in Karachi since January 2023. Her work spans family, civil, criminal, and property matters, including divorce, khula, child custody, maintenance, and inheritance disputes, before courts in Karachi and Naushahro Feroze. She has advised more than fifty family court clients and is experienced in drafting plaints, written statements, bail applications, and affidavits. She also assists overseas Pakistani clients remotely for consultations, attestations, and Power of Attorney matters.
